In a stunning, swift, and precise military retaliation dubbed ‘Operation Sindoor’, India launched a coordinated strike deep inside Pakistan’s Punjab province and Pakistan-occupied Jammu & Kashmir (PoJK), obliterating nine key terror bases in the span of just 25 minutes.
This high-intensity operation, executed jointly by the Indian Army and Air Force, struck at the very heart of Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed’s strongholds — once considered impregnable fortresses under the protection of dreaded terror masterminds Hafiz Saeed and Masood Azhar.

⚔️ Aag-o-Aahan ki Justuju: Precision in 25 Minutes
From 1:05 AM to 1:30 AM on Wednesday night, India fired 24 precision-guided missiles, each a symbol of surgical might and strategic excellence. Though official details remain classified, sources indicate the use of Scalp deep-strike cruise missiles, HAMMER smart weapon systems, guided bomb kits, and Excalibur artillery rounds launched via M-777 howitzers.
🎯 Targets Were Chosen, Not Civilians
Colonel Sophia Qureshi of the Indian Army and Wing Commander Vyomika Singh of the Indian Air Force addressed the press alongside Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri, sharing satellite visuals and classified intel that led to the identification of these targets.
“Each target was chosen with utmost diligence,” said Col. Qureshi. “No civilian structure was touched. This was a jawab (response), not an indiscriminate war cry.”
Wing Commander Singh added, “We deployed weapons not only of technical excellence but of moral clarity — to hit only the evil, and spare the innocent.”
📍 Markaz-e-Shar: The Destroyed Terror Nests
Inside Pakistan:
Sarjal Camp (Sialkot) – Just 6 km from the IB, known for sleeper cell deployment.
Mehmuna Zoya Camp (Sialkot) – 11 km inside; hub of Lashkar foot soldiers.
Markaz Tayyaba (Muridke) – 25 km in, Hafiz Saeed’s ideological fortress. Training ground for Ajmal Kasab and David Headley.
Markaz Subhan (Bahawalpur) – Jaish-e-Mohammed’s bastion, often visited by Masood Azhar himself.
In PoJK:
Sawai Nala Camp (Muzaffarabad) – 30 km from LoC, recently involved in the Pahalgam attack.
Sayyidna Bilal Camp (Muzaffarabad) – Jungle warfare training ground for LET recruits.
Gulpur Camp (Kotli) – Linked to the June 2024 Poonch-Rajouri yatra attack, often visited by 26/11 mastermind Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi.
Two Additional Camps in Kotli and Muzaffarabad – Key operational and launch bases for infiltrations into India.
🇮🇳 Na’ra-e-Haqq: India’s Message is Clear
India’s bold maneuver stands out not just in terms of tactical depth, but strategic messaging. Unlike the 2016 Uri response or the 2019 Balakot strike, Operation Sindoor was executed 100 km deep inside enemy territory — a clear signal that the age of restraint is over.
Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri confirmed that communications intercepted from the Pahalgam attack directly pointed to handlers across the border. He stated, “Pakistan has constructed a sophisticated web of terror — from recruitment to ideological indoctrination, training to launch pads. We targeted that entire web.”
🕊️ Hilm ke Saath Jazba: Discipline Amid Fire
Despite possessing overwhelming firepower, India maintained discipline and restraint — avoiding any civilian infrastructure. This was a display of what one could call “tehzeeb in war” — a rare fusion of fury and finesse.
